The Role You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the success of the Birmingham office which demonstrates impressive year-on-year growth, underpinned by a commitment to responsible business, healthy people, and thriving communities. Lead, plan, and deliver a wide variety of internal audit engagements for public sector and corporate clients. Coach, mentor, and develop team members, supporting them as they grow into risk and control specialists.

Monitor budgets and agree assignment fees, ensuring top-quality and efficient delivery. Build strong client relationships to deliver a high-quality audit service and sector best practice advice. Support business development activities and help drive team growth through recruitment and involvement in sector initiatives.

What we're looking for:

CIA/ACA qualification (or equivalent). Experience managing a portfolio of audit clients in the public sector, not-for-profit, or corporate sectors. Passion for people management, coaching, and team development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport at all levels. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Willingness to travel as required. Collaborative, team-focused approach with motivation to help drive business success.
