We are now looking for a Regional Director – North to join our growing team.

Operational Leadership

• Own performance across all North stores against KPIs — sales, profitability, labour efficiency, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop District Managers, driving accountability and a culture of ownership.
• Ensure consistent brand standards and operational excellence across every location.

Commercial Performance

• Build and execute regional strategies that maximise revenue growth and profitability.
• Use data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain strong cost control.

People & Culture

• Build a strong leadership pipeline through talent identification and succession planning.
• Champion JOE culture-ensuring high engagement, retention, and performance across all teams.

Stakeholder & Strategic Execution

• Collaborate with Head Office functions to align central support behind the North's priorities.
• Translate company strategy into clear regional plans and lead delivery of new initiatives and store openings.

• Lead with energy and a "Happy to be here" attitude-you set the tone for an entire region.
• Proven multi-site experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR with a track record of sales and profit growth.
• Humble, honest, and trusted by your team and your stakeholders.
• Effective in a matrix organisation-influencing and aligning without losing momentum.
• Model the JOE values every day-not as a framework, but as the way you actually showup.
