Head of Marketing

• Own and govern CAC, LTV, and cost-of-sale efficiency metrics
• Shape the brand narrative, tone, and visual identity
• Oversee major hero campaigns, packaging, and unboxing experiences
• Direct Mar Tech architecture and future-proof the first-party data strategy
• Manage the external agency ecosystem with accountability
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Operations on margins, inventory life cycles, and promotional calendars
• Mentor and develop the existing marketing team
• Map the medium-term hiring roadmap
• Lead the marketing team and serve as a strategic link between the CMO, Executive Leadership Team, and internal team

• Proven experience scaling an e-commerce brand, ideally in furniture, homeware, home improvement, or a related high-value category
• Sharp eye for design and world-building; ability to brief and challenge top-tier creative work
• Deep, data-driven understanding of performance marketing channels
• Demonstrated success managing substantial budgets
• Experience diversifying revenue channels
• Experience negotiating high-stakes agency partnerships
• Proactive, solution-focused leadership and mentoring approach
