Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home Selly Oak, Birmingham | £60,000 - £65,000 | Full-Time | Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new Ofsted-regulated children's residential home supporting young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the registration, setup and successful launch of a new service. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, leading and developing the staff team, ensuring safeguarding and regulatory compliance, and creating a positive, child-centred environment that promotes outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience with in an Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and children's home regulations
• Experience supporting children with EBD
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

• Salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum DOE
