About Our Client Our client is a leading international B2B services organisation with a substantial UK & Ireland operation. Job Description Reporting to the European leadership team, the Managing Director will lead a complex, multi-site UK & Ireland operation, with responsibility for defining and executing the strategy, delivering sustainable growth and building long-term enterprise value. The successful candidate will balance commercial ambition with operational excellence, ensuring the organisation continues to evolve in line with changing customer needs, market dynamics and broader business priorities.

Leading an established executive team and a workforce of more than 1,000 colleagues, the Managing Director will foster a high-performance, inclusive and accountable culture, creating an environment where people, customers and the business can thrive. The role requires a leader who can successfully navigate complexity, inspire confidence across multiple stakeholder groups and translate strategic vision into operational execution s is an opportunity to shape the next chapter of a market-leading business, driving commercial performance, organisational capability, transformation and innovation, while maintaining the highest standards of governance, customer focus and leadership excellence

The Successful Applicant We are interested in speaking with accomplished Managing Directors, CEOs, Divisional Presidents and Business Unit leaders who have successfully led sizeable, customer-centric organisations through periods of growth, transformation and increasing complexity.

You are likely to have operated within large-scale B2B services, distribution, facilities management, consumer or FMCG environments, with a proven track record of delivering commercial growth, operational excellence and long-term value creation. Experience leading businesses of meaningful scale, including significant P&L responsibility, large and geographically dispersed work forces and multiple stakeholder groups, will be essential.

This role will suit an ambitious and commercially minded executive who enjoys leading at scale and is energised by the challenge of driving performance in a complex operating environment. You will combine strategic thinking with operational execution, bringing the ability to navigate change, accelerate growth and build organisational capability for the long term.
