About this opportunity
We are seeking an individual to join our Midlands team as a PMO Director, taking ownership of a high-growth portfolio focused on industrial, manufacturing, and logistics programmes. You will provide strategic leadership for the design, mobilisation and delivery of PMO and project controls services across major property and real estate programmes. Drive growth, develop market position and ensure sustainable business performance across our PMO and Controls capability.
Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:
- Lead the establishment, mobilisation and ongoing management of PMO functions on major capital projects and programmes
- Take responsibility for establishing, leading and improving PMO functions, ensuring effective governance, controls, reporting and performance management across major programmes and portfolios
- Lead senior client relationships, develop PMO strategies and operating models
- Lead key client relationships and strategic accounts.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
- Build and maintain a high-performing advisory team.
- Champion innovation thought leadership and service development.
- Represent the business at industry, client and executive forums.
- Ensure governance, compliance and operational excellence.
- Align UK activity with service innovation programme
- Undertake line management

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- Significant senior leadership experience in consultancy or industry, leading PMO functions within major projects, programmes or portfolios
- Proven experience of business growth and strategic leadership.
- Strong market profile and executive stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of setting and delivering business strategy, growth plans and commercial performance
- Experience leading senior client relationships, strategic accounts and executive forums
- Strong people leadership capability including developing high performing teams
- Ability to build market reputation through thought leadership, innovation and external representation
- Strong governance, risk, compliance and operational excellence capability.
- Degree or equivalent qualification
