The Event Project Manager will lead large‑scale projects from concept to completion, coordinating event logistics, production, creative and content. You will be the client‑facing lynchpin, managing budgets, timelines and a team of internal departments, external suppliers and venues.

• Lead event projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate logistics, production, creative, content and vendor/supplier relationships.
• Manage a budget in excess of £250k and oversee delegate management.
• Lead on‑site execution and ensure seamless event delivery.
• Provide client updates, status reports and recommend improvements.

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale events in an events agency or similar environment.
• Strong budgeting skills and experience managing multi‑hundred‑thousand‑pound budgets.
• Excellent logistical and delegate management abilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel for events, with 2–3 days on site per week in the West Midlands office.
