West Midlands Police is the second largest police force in England, dedicated to serving the region’s vibrant and diverse communities of almost three million people and the millions of others who visit or travel through the region every year.
Our mission is simply, Prevent harm, protect people and build trust. This means we bear down on criminals, to keep people safe and to prevent harm and offending. But we must also show that we care about the things that really matter to people by providing a local police service that works for people across all our communities. Everything we do must be underpinned by a strong values-led approach and for me professionalism and integrity is key in everything we do.
Aboutthe Role

They assist in creating a vision, direction and culture for the force that builds public and organisational confidence and trust and enables the delivery of an effective policing service.
