Summary Associate Director, Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and leading teams of managers and Account Executives for a defined segment or product. This role provides strategic direction, builds scalable sales processes, and ensures strong execution across teams. It is essential for shaping sales strategy, enabling high performance, and supporting overall commercial objectives.

Responsibilities Lead, develop, and motivate sales managers and Account Executives, fostering a high-performance and high-accountability culture.

Build and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business, expansion, and retention within a defined segment or product.

Hire, develop, and retain high-performing talent with a strong focus on leadership capability and team scalability.

Develop and implement repeatable, scalable processes and playbooks to ensure consistent sales execution across teams.

Monitor and guide pipeline health, activity metrics, forecasts, and performance trends; identify risks and adjust strategies proactively.

Provide strategic insights based on KPI analysis, including root-cause identification and clear recommendations for improvement or acceleration.

Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align on priorities, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.

Support managers and sellers as a strategic partner and player-coach on key opportunities when needed.
