We're now seeking a Transport Planning First Line Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.
THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Maintaining and planning all transport activities
- Cost effective inbound activities
- Line management of two colleagues including 1:1 meetings
- Managing the customers directly
- Following all the compliance rules and regulations
- The ability to stay focused for long periods of time
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A strategic and analytical individual who strives to deliver the best possible results
- Previous experience in a similar role - desirable
