About the RoleAn experienced and motivated Registered Manager who can lead a team to deliver high‑quality, therapeutic care. You will have strong leadership skills, a sound understanding of safeguarding, and the ability to manage a home in line with regulatory requirements. You will be confident in managing staff, developing care plans, and driving positive outcomes for children and young people.
