JP Healthcare Recruitment is working with a provider developing two new children's homes in Birmingham for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

With C2 planning permission approved and renovations underway, we're looking for a passionate Registered Manager to help bring this vision to life.

• Play a key role in establishing and developing a new children's home.
• Build and lead a compassionate, committed staff team.
• Create a nurturing, child-centred environment.
• Ensure the service meets Ofsted and regulatory requirements.
• Develop a culture where both young people and staff can thrive.

• Experience in children's residential care management.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or are working towards it where appropriate.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
• Experience supporting young people with EBD.
• A genuine passion for improving children's lives.

• £50,000-£60,000 per annum.
