National Sales Manager- Orthopaedic

Your primary responsibility is to lead your sales division to achieve all targets and KPI’s set. Your contribution will be pivotal to the company’s future and to it delivering a consistent high level of service to our customers.

• Line management of orthopaedic sales team to support them to achieve their monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Coach and assist orthopaedic sales team in line with company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.

• Provide General Manager with sales forecasts on a weekly basis for the month.

• Set and monitor KPI’s for the orthopaedic team.

• Present Sales performance at monthly management meetings.

• Recruit and maintain top performers whilst managing under performers.

• Continually monitor orthopaedic team members performance.

• Lead weekly sales calls with Orthopaedic Team and fortnightly 1:1s with each BDM.

• Play a key role within the senior management team, in regard to company vision and strategy for the future direction of the organisation.

• Help the business to identity new products, and support the appropriate due diligence process.
