Offline Programmer (Hypermill) Birmingham (Office-Based)

Salary: £40,000 £ 50,000 per annum
Hours:

• Monday Thursday: 07 00
• Friday: 07 00

We are looking for an experienced Offline Programmer to join our Birmingham-based team in an exclusively office-based role. Working closely with both production and engineering, you ll play a key part in delivering high-quality CNC machining through expert Hypermill programming.

Teamwork is essential to us, so we re looking for someone collaborative, proactive, and ready to contribute (no lone wolves or mavericks, please!).

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CNC programs using Hypermill software
• Work with engineers, machinists, and production teams to optimise tooling and machining strategies
• Review and interpret technical drawings and 3D models
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations
• Provide technical input to reduce cycle times and improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Offline Programmer
• Hypermill experience is essential
• Must live within the Birmingham area or reasonable daily commute
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Positive, collaborative attitude

What We Offer

• Competitive salary up to £50,000
• Circa 20 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays (28 days total)
• Early Friday finish at 1pm
