Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Shift Patterns & Pay Rates:
Morning
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | £13.25 per hour
Afternoon
Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | £13.75 per hour
Night
Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
Role Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a leading manufacturer specialising in precision Paint components for the automotive and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards before leaving the production line.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of plastic components using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools.
Verify compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed documentation.
Identify and report any defects or non-conformities promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a quality inspection role within manufacturing (preferably automotive or plastics).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work across different shifts as required.
