CNC Turner

Mazco Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company in Birmingham who are looking to add an experienced CNC Turner (Programmer / Setter / Operator) to their day shift team.

This role would suit a hands-on CNC Turner who is confident taking jobs from drawing through to finished component.

The Role:

* Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines

* Working with Fanuc controls

* Producing precision components to tight tolerances

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Carrying out tooling changes, offsets, and basic machine maintenance

* Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process

The Ideal Candidate :

* Proven experience as a CNC Turner - Programmer / Setter / Operator

* Strong working knowledge of Fanuc controls

* Confident programming at the machine (or offline, depending on experience)

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision

* High attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
