Press Brake Setter

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator on behalf of a well-established engineering company based in Birmingham
.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator with experience working on Bystronic press brake machines to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery to produce high-quality folded components in line with engineering drawings and production schedules.

• Setting and operating Bystronic Press Brake machines
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Producing components to specified tolerances
• Adjusting machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality
• Performing first-off inspections and quality checks
  
  Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter / Operator
• Experience working on Bystronic machines (essential)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable and punctual
