Technical Project Manager – Food & Beverage

Are you a delivery-focused technical project manager with a knack for bringing new products and packaging innovations to life? We’re looking for someone to lead cross‐functional projects across NPD and EPD, ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead end‑to‑end technical projects from planning through to delivery and post‑project review.
• Act as the go‑to technical liaison across Product, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Brand, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, process efficiencies, cost optimisation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholders while keeping projects on track.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and brand standards.

• Project management experience in food & drink manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing technical projects like NPD launches, co‑packer transitions, or packaging roll‑outs.
• Strong skills in planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change control.
• Hands‑on understanding of manufacturing lines, packaging processes, and quality/food safety standards.
