Recruit4staff is representing their client, a leading FMCG company, in their search for a Machine Operator to work in their facility in Oswestry.

The client is offering a permanent role with a starting salary of £34,000 per annum, rising to £38,000 after completing 12 weeks of probation, with a 3 on/3 off shift pattern (5:50am–5:50pm and 5:50pm–5:50am).

• £34,000 starting salary, rising to £38,000 after 12 weeks probation

• Operate production machinery safely to produce products to correct customer specifications
• Carry out Quality Assurance checks
• Analyse and adhere to production plans
• Picking and packing
• Work towards targets
• Use production IT systems
• Adhere to strict Food Hygiene standards

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment – ESSENTIAL
• Machine operating experience – ESSENTIAL
• Food manufacturing experience – DESIRABLE
• Demonstrable stability in work history
• Strong attention to detail
• Good computer skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work effectively in a team
