We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and reliable Press Brake Setter to join a well-established manufacturing business in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and working to precise technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up and programming press brake machines to meet production requirements
Operating press brake machinery to produce metal components to technical drawings
Adjusting machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality
Carrying out quality checks and inspections on finished products
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Working to tight tolerances and production deadlines
Always maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health and safety procedures and site rules
Essential Requirements
Proven experience using a Bystronic press brake.
Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience working within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Information
