Mig Welder​/Fabricator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a busy and growing engineering company based in Sheldon, Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder looking for stable, ongoing work within a supportive workshop environment.

As a MIG Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welded components and fabricated structures to engineering drawings and specifications.

• MIG welding mild steel components to a high standard
• Fabricating parts and assemblies from technical drawings
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling metal sections
• Operating workshop machinery and tools safely
• Working at height when required (using scissor lift equipment)
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder
• C Approved Welding Certificate (essential)
• Valid Scissor Lift Licence (essential)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team

• £17 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am – 4:00pm
