The Best Connection are recruiting experienced Automotive Polishers to join an established automotive manufacturer in South Birmingham
. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent role with a reputable company (subject to a successful skills test).

• Polishing and finishing automotive body panels to a high standard

• Using polishing equipment, compounds, and materials effectively

• Inspecting work to ensure a flawless finish before handover

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Previous experience in automotive polishing essential

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• 06:00 - 14:00 (AM shift) → £13.25/hr

• 14:00 - 22:00 (PM shift) → £13.75/hr

• 22:00 - 06:00 (Night shift) → £14.25/hr
  (Monday - Friday)
