You will support the People Movement team – Wales's largest pedestrian‑movement analysis service – delivering high‑impact work across rail, sports, aviation, culture, high‑rise buildings, and major events.

Role Overview
We are looking for Pedestrian Modellers who can:
- Perform hands‑on modelling and oversee junior staff.
- Attend and present at project meetings with key stakeholders and clients.
- Integrate design and operational inputs proactively.
- Manage project scope, programme, financials, and progress for small or parts of larger projects.
- Coordinate technical task management and approvals as appropriate.
- Contribute to a variety of sectors, including rail, sports, cultural, and high‑rise projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a numerate, transport, or planning‑related discipline.
- Excellent pedestrian modelling skills – Bentley Legion and optionally PTV Vis Walk, Mass Motion, or CAST.
- Strong knowledge of pedestrian planning guidance (e.g. LUL Station Planning, The Green Guide, Network Rail Station Capacity Planning Design Manual) and static capacity assessment techniques (e.g. PCL).
- Business development, staff coaching, and marketing support experience.
- Effective communication to non‑technical audiences via reports and presentations.
- Analytical and critical thinking to interpret results.
- Appreciation of commercial project delivery – budgets, risks, H&S, resourcing.
- Transport planning experience in a commercial environment and knowledge of sectors such as airports or sports/event management.
