Process Technologist

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Process Technologist to join a well‑established and growing food manufacturing business based in Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in food production, NPD, or process development who is looking to further their career within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Support the successful launch and scale‑up of new and existing products into manufacturing.
• Work closely with Production, Technical, Quality and NPD teams to ensure products are launched efficiently, meet customer specifications and comply with the highest quality and food safety standards.
• Manage factory trials and first production runs.
• Troubleshoot process issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

• Previous experience within a chilled food manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects within a fast‑paced setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality systems would be highly advantageous.
