We are recruiting for Production Operatives for our client, a leading free‑range and organic egg producer, based in Lacock, Wiltshire. Company transport is provided from Swindon or Chippenham.

Shift Pattern: 4x4, 06:00 AM – 18:00 PM

As a Production Operative, you will play an essential role in the production process, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality products. • Work as part of a team to ensure production runs efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation and packing of products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality at all times.
• Adhere to company procedures and guidelines to ensure food safety compliance.
• Support team leaders and managers in achieving daily targets.

• A strong work ethic and excellent attitude.

• Previous experience in production is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
