CNC Programmer Setter Operator — Birmingham
The rewards
- £36,000 – £37,000 per year
- Permanent afternoon shift

- Program and set VMC machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output
- Hands‑on operation of VMC and lathe machines on the shop floor when not setting
- Additional exposure to lathe work where required
- Proven experience programming and setting VMC machines
- Experience with lathe machines (preferred, not essential)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
