We're looking for an experienced Painter / Prepper to join our growing team in Birmingham on a night shift pattern, working 40 hours over 4 nights - Mon - Thurs 2:30pm - 1:00am (30‑minute lunch break).

• Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and filler work
• Mixing and applying paint to manufacturer standards
• Carrying out colour matching and blending to achieve a flawless finish
• Identifying and correcting paint defects where required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Sprayer, Prepper, or in a similar role
• Excellent preparation, colour-matching, and finishing skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• A proactive, team-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
