CNC Setter Operator Miller

Base salary:£38,000 - 40,000 Shift Allowance

Shift allowance: 16.6% Monday to Friday Earlies and Lates

Alternate 2 week shift pattern 6am2pm / 2pm10pm - 39 Hours

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator / Miller to join a fast-paced precision engineering environment. Youll set and run CNC machines to produce high-quality components to strict tolerances.

CNC Setter/ Operator Key Responsibilities

• • Set and operate CNC Milling machines efficiently
  • TheCNC Setter/ Operator willread engineering drawings anduse Fanuc Controls
  • Inspect parts using measuring equipment (CMM, micrometres, verniers)
  • Monitor machine performance and report faults
  • Support continuous improvement and quality standards

CNC Setter/ Operator Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with CNC setting/operating experience Any programming knowledge ideal
• Knowledge of multi-axis or 5-axis machining Mazak & Matsuura Preferred
• The CNC Machinist - Setter/ Operator will need to have controls experience with FANUC (preferred) or Mazatrol
