**** Pallet Repair Operative*
* ** Shift:
** Monday to Friday - rotating days (week one 6am-2pm, week two 2pm-10pm)  
** Package:
** 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (option to buy and sell 5 days)**,
** Production Bonus, 7.5% Employer Pension Contribution, Share Save Scheme + More
** Position Purpose*
* -Inspect and repair pallets using hand tools and applying safe working practices.  - Able to work consistently to quality standards in a fast-paced target driven production environment.  - Ability to work with automation and new technologies.

** Scope Reporting to Team Leader    Measures/Targets**  - Safety
- Quality
- Production and Delivery
- Time Keeping and absence.  - Professional Conduct
- Major/Key     
** Accountabilities**  - Meet and apply safety standards.  - Meet and apply quality standards.  - Manual handling repair tasks.  - Housekeeping activities.
