IPS, part of the Culina Group, is the UK market leader in Contract Packing solutions. As a Shift Controller for IPS, you will manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume while maintaining QA and safety standards.
Rotational shifts run 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am. You will motivate teams, maximise efficiency and support Line Leaders, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
