This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business producing high-quality precision components.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set, and operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to BS/ISO standards.
Carry out first-off inspections, prove-outs, and quality checks.
Inspect components using precision measuring equipment.
Ensure work is completed to high quality standards and production deadlines.
De-burr finished components and maintain a safe, organised work area.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines.
At least 3 years' experience with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills.
Strong knowledge of tooling and inspection equipment.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Good CNC programming and computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
