Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to join our client based in the West Midlands. Our client is a well-established engineering company offering long-term opportunities within a busy fabrication workshop. We are seeking skilled MIG Welder Fabricators to join the team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for MIG welding and fabrication work, producing high-quality metal components from engineering drawings and specifications.

Candidates must be confident fabricating, welding, and working independently while maintaining excellent quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• MIG welding and fabrication of metal components
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Fabricating products to specification
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Working to production schedules and deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Sunday to Thursday
10:00pm - 6:00am

• £20.00 per hour
• Full-time night shift
• Weekly pay
• Long-term ongoing work
• Opportunity for permanent employment

• Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience essential
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and hard-working attitude
• Able to work independently within a busy fabrication environment
