Overview
Production Supervisor
£16.21 to £18.64 per hour.
Shift rotation: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am. Flexibility required.
Based in Erdington.
Temporary to Permanent.
Duties- Ensuring stock and deliveries are on-point.
- Organising team members to job functions.
- Creating and updating records on in-house computer system.
- Ensuring compliance and administration documentation meet quality standards.
- Communicating to key stakeholders.
- Experience working with trusses (EN 1250 qualification).
- Experience with prefabricated structural timber products.
- Previous Production Supervisor experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Reporting KPIs and ensuring delivery slots are met.
- Team player.
3 shift rotation, 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am. Flexibility required.
Based in Erdington.
