Talent Bean is hiring an Injection Moulding Technician in the Birmingham area. You will work rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm, with night cover if required) and ensure high‑quality, first‑time manufacture and smooth running of moulding operations.
You’ll set and condition tools, troubleshoot faults, maintain quality, and record data for traceability. Night shift pay top‑up included; pension, holiday allowance, and on‑site parking offered.
