Job Overview
CNC Setter / Operator (Training on Programming)
Location:
Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 + Training, progression, private healthcare, half‑day Friday and company benefits.

- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines across a range of platforms.
- Select tools, set up fixtures, and optimising cutting parameters.
- Interpret 2D engineering drawings and CAD data.
- Apply manufacturing best practices to improve product quality and production efficiency.
- Experience as a CNC setter or operator.
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak and other CNC controls.
- Capability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings and CAD data.
- Willingness to receive on‑site programming training.
Monday‑Friday days based, finishing at 12:30 pm on Fridays.
