Pay:£16.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an
experienced
electrical assembler / wireman on behalf of our client based in Birmingham
Working hours 37.5 per week
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks
- Install and connect wiring, cables, and electrical components
- Test assembled products to ensure functionality and quality
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of logic controllers, surface mount technology, and mechanical assembly techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electrical assembly
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and components
