** Operator I - Entry Level Operator**, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history. * The role:

** As an
** Operator I - Entry Level Operator**, you will help drive our goals by:
• Working safely at all times, following site procedures, PPE requirements and safe working practices  
• Supporting production operations and learning to operate complex manufacturing and chemical processing equipment through structured training  
• Following process documentation, work instructions and risk assessments to ensure safe and consistent operations  
• Completing production records, batch sheets and shift handovers accurately to support continuous manufacturing  
• Carrying out basic preventative maintenance checks and reporting equipment or reliability concerns promptly  
• Contributing to continuous improvement activities, 5S standards and team initiatives to improve plant performance
** Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:*
* • A strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards  
• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English, Maths and Science  
• Good attention to detail with the ability to follow documented processes accurately  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team  
• A willingness to learn new skills and develop within a manufacturing environment  
• A reliable, organised and flexible approach with the ability to work shift patterns

** 12-hour day and night shifts including weekends and bank holidays on a 2s and 3s shift pattern.
