Are you an experienced CNC Turner with programming and Fanuc control experience? Are you looking to join a growing aerospace manufacturer where you'll work on precision components with opportunities to progress as the business continues to expand?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established precision engineering company specialising in aerospace components. Due to continued growth and the retirement of a long-standing employee, they are looking to strengthen their machining team with an experienced CNC Turner.

The day-to-day of this role involves setting, programming and operating CNC turning machines, working from engineering drawings, selecting tooling, carrying out quality inspections using precision measuring equipment, making machine offsets to maintain tight tolerances, and ensuring all work meets the high standards required within the aerospace industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience programming and operating CNC turning machines, be confident using Fanuc controls, have the ability to read engineering drawings, and possess a strong understanding of precision machining and quality standards.

• Setting, programming and operating CNC lathes
• Manufacturing high-precision aerospace components
• Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
• Site-based

• CNC Turning programming and operating experience
• Experience with Fanuc controls
• Able to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Based in or near Birmingham / Kings Norton
