Alecto Recruitment seeks a CNC Milling Programmer for a permanent days role in Birmingham. The position involves programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines with FANUC control, ensuring tight tolerances and quality across produced components.
You will read engineering drawings, select tooling and machining strategies, perform first-off inspections and collaborate with production colleagues to maximise efficiency. Overtime is available and a strong pension/bonus culture is encouraged.
