CNC Machinist £19.36ph  OT Temporary Birmingham Continental Days & Nights (7-7) gap technical are proud to be representing this manufacturing business in their search for a CNC Machinist to work at their facility based near Birmingham Performance Objectives Operating CNC Vertical Milling Machines. Operating CNC Lathes. Operating Saws. Change of Jigs and entering new programmes. Tensile Testing. Fracture Toughness Testing. Stress Corrosion Testing.

Material Analysis and Quality Records input. Future Training in Laboratory Testing. Once trained you will machine and test to high quality standards aiming for 100% on time delivery while placing Quality Assurance and Health & Safety first. AII team members are expected be proactive in making improvements e.g. machine reliability, process design, quality assurance, etc. Person Specification Basic Qualifications Minimum of GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths, English, and Science.

Good Numeracy, English, and Reasoning ability (an entrance test will be given).
