Key Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:
Assist in the manufacturing and testing of medical devices to ensure top-notch quality. Maintain and calibrate essential equipment for optimal performance. Accurately complete records and worksheets to keep our processes running smoothly. Utilise our ERP system for effective work tracking and document management. Report progress and any issues promptly to keep the team informed. Collaborate with colleagues to plan tasks effectively and meet delivery goals.
Adhere to health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment. Ensure all work meets our high company standards and regulations. Who We're Looking For:
Essential
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment. GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science. Basic computer skills and digital literacy, including knowledge of MS Office applications. Excellent time management and communication skills. Desirable
Qualifications:
A degree or A Levels in a relevant subject. Previous lab experience and familiarity with Health & Safety and Quality Systems. Personal Qualities: A friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to reliability and organisation. Self-motivated and flexible, willing to work overtime if needed. Ability to lift objects up to 20 kilogram mes and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ready to Dive In?
