Datasource Recruitment is seeking a Subcontracts Manager in Manufacturing to own product build planning and subcontractor management at their Hampshire site. You’ll coordinate across production, supply chain, engineering and programme management to keep milestones on track and ensure on-time delivery.
With a strong background in manufacturing planning and ERP/MRP tools, you’ll drive ERP-driven scheduling and supplier alignment while maintaining quality and cost targets. 4 days per week on site.
