• Carry out self-inspection and complete inspection records, ensuring quality is maintained at all times.
• Prove out programs on the machine and support problem solving for specific machining parts.
• Keep the working area clean and compliant with quality, Health and Safety, and customer requirements.

• Experience in CNC programming and working to customer drawings and engineering specifications with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and the ability to work to tight tolerances with confidence.
• Practical knowledge of machine set-up, operation, and basic maintenance checks.
• A quality-focused mindset, including the ability to inspect, measure, and report findings accurately.
• Professional communication skills, with the drive to spot tooling improvements and raise them with the right people.
