The Job People are recruiting for a Night Production Team Leader on behalf of our client in Birmingham city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven leadership experience in a high-volume production and distribution environment.

• Ensure there is sufficient resources to cover all production area
• Train and coach staff
• Maintain a positive health and safety culture
• Work closely with line manager to ensure all standards are adhere to

• Previous experience working within a food environment as a Team Leader
• Good level of written and verbal english
