Safran Landing Systems is seeking a Production Team Leader in Gloucester to guide the OE Assembly area and drive daily targets, quality and continuous improvement. You will coordinate assembly lines, oversee standard procedures and safety, and champion Lean initiatives to optimise throughput for global customers.
The role requires a strong technical background, hands-on leadership, and the ability to interpret KPIs and implement corrective actions in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
