My client is an established precision engineering manufacturer based in Birmingham and commutable from Walsall, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Solihull and Tamworth.

They are currently looking for a skilled CNC Turning Programmer or Setter to join their team.

• - Set and Operate CNCMazak Turning Machines
• - Programming if experienced
• - Adjusting offsets and making adjustments within programs
• - Working on Mazatrol controls
• - Working from drawings
• - Quality control of components
• - Maintaining machinery, removing swarf and routine oiling/greasing etc
• - Carry out any other duties as required and deemed appropriate
• - Complies with all Company rules including all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements

• - Experience of Setting and Operating Mazak Lathes
• - CNC Turner on Mazatrol controls
• - Programming experience is desirable
• - Experience with Precision Engineering and working to tight tolerances
• - Experience in the Aerospace industry is desirable
• - Experience working from engineering drawings
• - Able to quality check own parts
• - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a high level of quality standards achieved
• - Motivated and excellent team player

• - Starting rate up to £20 per hour, dependent on experience
• - Day Shifts
• - Early finish Friday
• - Pension
• - 31 Days Holidays
