As Team Leader,you'llwork with us to manage a small team of Technicians and you will take the lead on prioritising tasks and organising warranty repairs,whilst liaising withthecustomerto ensure train availability and reliability targets are achieved.

As Team Leader, you will be relied upon for technical support, working alongside a team of Technicians to diagnose faults and conduct root cause analysis for an advanced fleet across a range of systems(electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic), using a combination of electrical schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic software.

To succeed in the role,you’rea natural communicator and collaborator with the ability to motivateothersto drive for results. Youhavean NVQ Level 3 in electrical/ mechanical engineering (or equivalent) plus extensive post qualifying experience under yourbelt, andcandemonstratea wide knowledge of on-board train systems.

You have experience in detecting faults and carrying out root cause analysis across multiple systemsandare capable of interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematic diagrams, as well as being proficient in using diagnostic software, and test and measuring equipment.

You hold a valid driver's license and havea flexible approach to working varying shifts including weekends, and both day and night shifts.
