Process Operator – South Kirkby £30,663 per annum (£14.04 per hour) | 4 on 4 off | Days & Nights What’s on offer?

£30,663 per annum £14.04 per hour 4 on 4 off shift pattern Rotating days & nights 06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00 Average 42-hour working week Full training provided, including FLT / Materials Handling Equipment where required What will you be doing? As a Process Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping the Residual Waste Treatment Facility running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out routine checks and monitoring plant and equipment Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the facility Taking samples and completing basic quality checks Cleaning machinery and carrying out light maintenance activities Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the site Supporting the Shift Team Leader with day-to-day duties Completing FLT / Materials Handling Equipment training where required Working closely with the wider team to ensure the plant operates effectively Following SHEQ procedures and reporting any safety concerns or incidents What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and hands-on, with a genuine interest in working within an industrial environment. You'll ideally have: A good understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance Strong communication and people skills The flexibility to work across different areas of the plant A proactive approach and willingness to get stuck in Good organisation and attention to detail A willingness to learn and develop within the role This is a great opportunity to join an established business where you'll receive training, gain valuable plant experience and become an important part of the operational team.
