Maintenance Team Leader (Hydraulics / Pneumatics) Burgess Hill £50,000 - £60,000  4 on 4 off  Training  Progression  Benefits Are you a Maintenance Team Leader or similar, with prior experience working on both Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, looking to join a leading aerospace business, taking on a highly autonomous role, heading up a small team as the technical expert? In this role, you will be responsible for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on simulators and systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing system faults. You will also run and check qualification test guide schedules alongside working with risk assessments, method statements, COSHH and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Finally, you will assist in training junior technicians. With over 20 years of history behind them, this fast-growing business aim to continue making a name for themselves in the aviation sector, already recognised as industry leaders within pilot training.

This role would suit a Maintenance Team Leader and/or an Ex-Forces Leaver or similar, with prior experience working on hydraulics and/or pneumatics systems, looking to further their career and become a technical experts on flight simulators.
