Operating from a modern manufacturing facility in the West Midlands, they support a diverse customer base with injection moulding, assembly and project-led manufacturing solutions, investing in the latest technology to deliver high-quality products and exceptional reliability.
Up to £40,000, Monday
- Thursday - Every Friday off
In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining smooth production, carrying out machine set‑ups and tool changes, troubleshooting processing issues and ensuring products meet the required quality standards and delivery schedules.
As an Injection Moulding Setter, your duties will include:- Carrying out mould and tool changes efficiently and safely.
- Setting injection moulding machines and starting up associated robots.
- Identifying and troubleshooting moulding and processing issues.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet required specifications.
- Supporting the smooth running of production and minimising downtime.
- Previous experience working as an Injection Moulding Setter within a manufacturing environment.
- The ability to carry out tool changes independently.
- Experience setting and starting injection moulding machines.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve processing issues.
- A proactive approach to maintaining quality and production efficiency.
